Overview

The following methods are used (in chronicle order) to provide a project plan. Each step provides an output which is the input for the next step in the method. Each element in the chart is escorted by a properties description called the dictionary, which enables a better understanding and in-depth knowledge of each of the specific bricks in the chart.

Our tools utilize each of the process outputs as the input for the next step. The user has to add only what is required for this step, reducing a lot of work that was done before. For instance, after completing the Work Breakdown Structure, the system automatically presents the RAM with no extra work!!!

Steps and Methods :

Product Breakdown Structure PBS or PWBS
Each Product Package contains the functionality of the module description.
Contract Breakdown Structure CBS or CWBS
Each Contract point Package contains the agreement for this package.

Phase 2 Environment

Organization Breakdown Structure OBS or OWBS
Each Organization package contains the skills needed/exist for the project.

Phase 3 Development Concept

Stage Breakdown Structure SBS or SWBS
Each Stage Package contains the functions required at the specific stage in the project life cycle.
Work Breakdown Structure WBS or DWBS
The work package contains the work that should be fulfilled to complete the associated Product Breakdown Structure described before.

Phase 4 Project First Evaluation

Resource Allocation Matrix RAM or PRAM
Creating the RAM is automatically done by our web tool. This chart provides a first evaluation of the project and some evaluation of the load on every department in the organization.
