Workshop: Methods and Tools 2 days

Two days Work Shop
Overview
We provide a guidance workshop on-site for your specific project.
Audiences are the team members and leaders as well as project managers.
Each subject is studied with presentations and examples. Then, the participating members are divided into small groups performing the method on their project, providing a project plan for the current or future project.
The output of these workshops is a complete planning process with a project plan for the existing project that can serve as a template process for future projects.
The workshop is done in the company office for an efficient quick implementation process.
The workshop is done using the PM sense web system and requires web access to the audience in the room.
Our InfoBase and computerized questions bank is optional if the firm wants to create some concluding exams at the end of every day.
