Portfolio Recourse Allocation Matrix PRAM

Portfolio Recourse Allocation Matrix (PRAM) is a powerful Portfolio Project Management tool. The PRAM displays all the projects in the organization, for each project one can view the work breakdown structure including the Organization Breakdown Structure (or the resource responsible for the completion of the work package). The PRAM enables a Business Unit a view of a load of resources in the firm and future problems as well as the overall look at the project status.
The PRAM is modified according to the task changes in the Gantt project plan to reflect the real status of the project.
