Product Breakdown Structure PBS

The Product Breakdown Structure PBS is the basic brick of the product or service we plan to deliver. It is critical to set all the modules that are required in the product and should be delivered. A major issue is sub-modules that are not developed, rather than bought from a sub-contractor and integrated into the system. These sub-modules choosing the process and assessment (valuation) should be handled correctly. The PBS should present them and later on, we will need to supervise this activity in the overall project plan as well as fix the time for such activity.
This step is done using our multidisciplinary Functional Analysis System Technique (FAST) to deliver the Input Process Output deliverable Management by Objective (MBO) project plan. Check this site for more information on the FAST InPrO process.
PBS is a chart of the project modules and sub-modules. It is recommended to deliver the PBS to all teams participating in the development process, to set it right and detailed.
